Finally, the
app store of Apple has reached 25 billion downloads. Browse this collection of the App Store’s most popular offerings - as determined by al the users - since Apple’s July 2008
launch. As the 25 billionth download approaches, Apple is thanking all the
users.
It was
announced by Apple that you download any
of the more than 500,000 apps on the App Store for iPhone, iPod touch or iPad -
if you download the 25 billionth app, you could win a $10,000 App Store Gift
Card
The 25
billionth app download, Where's My Water? Free, was
downloaded by Chunli Fu, of Qingdao, China. As the grand prize winner of
Apple’s 25 Billion Apps Countdown Promotion, Chunli Fu will receive a US$10,000
App Store Gift Card.
